Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They took my money and once I had paid them the full amount they stopped taking my calls and stopped responding to my emails. I want my money back. I lost my home because of them, and at 64, I live in a little and old Apt. Resolution Sought A full refund as they did nothing but lie
