On August 13-August 202 I use ny credit card to hold a room one day for me red roof inn at Oxon hills md. My card decline .I told the receptionist I will be with my friend to use his card. I realize I gave the receptionist my Maryland id. I call there on August 13 to tell her I was there I gave you my Maryland id. The receptionist told my id was there on August 13 2021. I told receptionist. If don't come back tonight I will pick my id up that morning August 14. I send my son to pick up my id the receptionist is was there. She call and text the other two lady that was there on August 13. They told her my id was in the front desk my id was not the I call and went up to the red roof inn Oxon hill I talk with receptionist still can't find my id. I gave her my name phone number to call me they located my id. I think it's not professional to lose something in hotel then tell you is there and not. That could be ring wallets or anything not to be items. In a safe box. Security. I gave my Maryland id to receptionist that work at day and night shift 11-7am in the morning. I hope in the future when someone leave in front office or in there room red room inn will keep the people things safe in a box in the office. My Maryland id was stolen out the desk or someone has it or put in trash. So sad very professional.
