I purchased two "Box Sets" of books from this company on 12/15/2024 believing that the sale was for physical books that would be sent to me. I was asked for shipping information ect, and it stated the shipping was free based on the zip code that I entered on their site to estimate shipping. The box sets ordered were... A Court of Thorns and Roses Full Box Set (5 books)- $24.99 Throne of Glass Full Set - $29.90 It was not stated in the description that the books were for digital downloads. Once the transaction was completed It only gave me the option to download PDF copies of the books. This was not what was advertised on their site, and after looking into this further, unfortunately, this company is known for doing this. Nowhere in the description does it say that these were digital downloads. This company has misrepresented its products as being physical books but then only provides a digital download. I am understandably unhappy with the outcome of this sale and this business's lack of description stating that the books are digital downloads and not physical copies. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund in the amount of $54.89 which I paid for two "box sets" of the books I stated above.

Website stated a box set of books. Now they are telling me it is a download. When i call, automated message stating to contact by email. I have emailed several times asking about a refund and only receive the same message stating it is a dowload Resolution Sought Refund
