I ordered a book on Redangos.com only to find out it's a fraudulent website. I have an order # and have tried reaching out for a refund or status on my order, but was unsuccessful. Resolution Sought Give a refund of $9.50.

I ordered a "full boxed set" of the A Court of Thorn's and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas on 8/22/25. Based on the description of free shipping and a boxed set , the information on the website was misleading. The website asked me to provide my physical address, which also convinced me that the books would be shipped. They accepted the &19.50 immediately, but I waited days for an email receipt or confirmation that my order was being shipped but never received it. Almost one week later, I checked my spam folder and found an email that prompted me to download the books. The company never explained that they were ebooks. I fear that many other customers are going to be scammed also. Order number: AB-49146 Order Date: 8/22/2025. Resolution Sought Please, give a full refund.
