Complete misrepresentation! The site shows the physical picture of a 5 set book complete set and in the description it reads "stunning 5 book set" … and they sent an electronic version. When I called to get a refund they declined saying they cannot refund it as it was already sent. After reading multiple reviews they are intentionally misleading customers. Resolution Sought Refund

I am filing a complaint against Redangos, an online business that appears to engage in deceptive and fraudulent practices. I recently placed an order on their website for what was advertised as a boxed set of physical books. The product description strongly suggested that I was purchasing physical copies, but after completing my order, I was sent a digital download instead. Upon realizing the issue, I immediately contacted Redangos for a refund, as I have not downloaded or accessed the files. Their response was dismissive, simply stating that I had purchased a digital product without addressing my concerns. After further research, I found multiple reports from other consumers who experienced the same misleading advertising and were denied refunds. Additionally, when I looked deeper into Redangos, I discovered that their website description claims they sell high-quality paper products for printing, writing, and crafting, including multipurpose paper, index paper, and recycled paper—nothing related to books. This further proves that they are not a legitimate bookseller and are misrepresenting their business to deceive customers. Given the misleading nature of this transaction and the growing number of similar complaints, I believe this company is engaging in fraudulent practices. Resolution Sought I would greatly appreciate any assistance Business Consumer Alliance can provide in investigating this business and helping me (and others) receive a refund.
