Placed my order for a box set of books. After placing my order, I learnt it was a digital copy. Nowhere in the description did they explain their item as being a digital copy. After requesting a refund, they told me all sales were final. Very deceitful and underhanded way of doing business. Resolution Sought Refund for a falsely advertised product.

I ordered a box set of books and then was told it's a digital download after they took my money. I looked all over the website where it had links to click on and it didn't show anywhere that it would be a digital download. Resolution Sought Refund my money and write an accurate description of the item the customer is buying. Don't say it's a box set if it's a digital download copy.
