BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Some complainants allege they are dissatisfied with the behavior of company personnel and receiving phone calls at their place of employment. Other customers dispute the amount of the debts claim the debts are not theirs or that they did not receive notification that the debt is owed. Some customers state they did not receive proof of the debt. Most debts in question are allegedly in connection with work performed by Western Dental Services. The company responds to some complaints by correcting credit report information closing accounts providing verification of the debt accepting payment arrangements or indicating notices were mailed out. To complaints regarding the phone calls the company responds by deleting the work number from their database or explaining that the calls are made to schedule payment arrangements. In other cases the company claims the customer owes the balances did not make payments as scheduled and state customers are contractually obligated to pay for services rendered. The company also referred a few customers to contact the police to report fraud when they disputed the validity of the debt.
