This company told me they did not have auto pay when I signed my documents and told me that I would have to call in to make the payments when they are due. However, since then they have numerous of times charged my card without authorization for any of the charges as well as charging my card for amounts that are larger than what I owe. When speaking to the manager of that location he threatened me on multiple occasions about filing theft when I don't owe him money as well as he has fabricated the amount I owe on my account to make it further behind then what it is… I will be pursuing legal action however this needs to be reported everywhere because I'm not the only person with this company this is happening too. Resolution Sought I need the business to stop unauthorized charges on peoples cards as well as not have there manager in charge call people and threatening them to get things done.

In 2021. I had a business agreement with rent or wheels for tires on a vehicle. I at that time was making payments on shortly after I fell on hard times due to Covid and Had a hard time keeping up with payments due to employment difficulties. The car was repossessed by the dealership, which I communicated with them that the The tires belong to and they were to be returned. I even spoke with rent and explained the situation for three years. I have not heard from rental Wells nor the dealership about the tires today I received a message from relative about a voicemail left on her phone with these details. (866) 272-6092 And case #2025-22520 While I was at work, I called this number giving to me and a gentleman answered. He stated he was with Legal and did not provide me the details of the actual business he was Represent and spoke to me very aggressively. He stated that I was being sued for a total of $3000 and that shares had came out to my home which was false that would be Garnish, which is false and That I was being summoned to court with no legal documentation. I address the issue with his tone. He began to be much more rude with me stating that I'm a debtor and he doesn't have to be sweet to me ect. I asked to speak to someone other than himself and he just continue to hang up the phone on me. The issue is, I understand if there is a will be dealt with through my credit however, I do not appreciate being harassed or Aggressively threaten. Resolution Sought I would like my dad to be handled properly through my credit report, which then I can make arrangements through my consolidator. And I would like the issue Of making fault, threats of legal action, Harassment, False statements of any harm to a debtor or consumer to be heavenly address as it is in violation of my consumer rights or any other individuals rights this is unethical and not the process of handling manners in which a debt is owed.
