First in may 2024 I went to get lease tires for a truck i told the lady their that I needed to make a payments monthly she put them weekly I had tried to keep up with it and las week I did the payment and they told me it was the las one today i call to do it and know they say I owe them 735 because the payment was do on the 24 of dicember 2024 and that it had expired and know I need to pay 735 and the day to last payment say due on or before 12/28/2024 I pay today what supposly owe to close the account Resolution Sought I only want to pay what it was my last payment I really have hard time paying every week and know they are saying I owe more

This company told me they did not have auto pay when I signed my documents and told me that I would have to call in to make the payments when they are due. However, since then they have numerous of times charged my card without authorization for any of the charges as well as charging my card for amounts that are larger than what I owe. When speaking to the manager of that location he threatened me on multiple occasions about filing theft when I don't owe him money as well as he has fabricated the amount I owe on my account to make it further behind then what it is… I will be pursuing legal action however this needs to be reported everywhere because I'm not the only person with this company this is happening too. Resolution Sought I need the business to stop unauthorized charges on peoples cards as well as not have there manager in charge call people and threatening them to get things done.
