Horrible way to do business

I am just wondering if this is a scam of some sort. I have been contact 3 times and ask questions and then put me on hold and come back and say "oh I'm sorry the segment has filled up" every single time. So, I'm thinking maybe I don't make enough money or what is the deal. Maybe they should make sure a segment is available before making the call. I think this is HORRIBLE way to do business. So, please take my name and number out of your database. This just waste my time talking to you.
