My house was re-plumbed completely by Rightime. Many parts of the walls were cut open to install new piping. Contract included inspection by City inspectors, so walls were left open for inspector and walls would be repaired and painted after inspection. Foolishly, I paid in full for the job, before the inspection. Now, weeks after the work, there has been no inspection and no wall repair. I have tried more than a dozen times to reach the company to complain. Each time, all I could do is leave a message, since no one "was available" to take my call. No one has responded. So, now I have a house with walls broken open, no inspection, no walls repaired, no one answering my calls and many thousands of dollars spent without the job being completed. My only recourse now seems to be a lawsuit!! Resolution Sought Extend me the courtesy of answering my phone calls. Get the inspection done and repair the walls.
