Terrible ethics and business practice

Terrible service had 2 electricians who could not fix my doorbell transformer. Instead tried to increase the quote and tried to push me on buying 7800 dollar electrical panel due to discoloration on the bus bars. Tried to complain to a manager but instead got excuse that one technician called out and was stuck in Barstow . Second technician by the name of Richard gave me false information and was confirmed by a reputable electrical company that nothing was wrong with my electrical panel and 7800 price quote was a rip off. Would never use or refer this company to anyone . 10 years of being a home owner I never felt more disgusted with a company that has a California contractors license operating in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
