Purchase a Jeep Patriot on January 8th and on January 10th the jeep wouldn't start had to have toll back to dealership and they give the jeep back on Jan. 11th and the remote starter wouldn't work so took back on January 12th they returned the jeep later that day and the starter was working on January 17th it rained and the sunroof was leaking from the dome light on to the console which is why the radio and the controls buttons for the blower and the temperature lights wouldn't work so they keep it and on January 18th sent MANAGER TODD FIELDS a video of the leaking(which I still have)took the jeep back on January 18th and they keep it until January 23rd and MANAGER TODD FIELDS told me the shop couldn't find the leak even though TODD FIELDS had a video of the leak at that time MANAGER TODD FIELDS told me to wait till the WARRANTY starts on February the 9th so they could put in a claim and take it to a sunroof specialist which I later found out he was trying to commit WARRANTY FRAUD took back on January 25th to have them put in a new radio put the jeep up on January 26th and they had not ordered the part they needed to connect the radio to the steering wheel and as of March 18th that part still has not been installed on January 30th the temperature lights comes on and jeep drop power down to 25mph took the jeep back next day or two not sure and again MANAGER TODD FIELDS tells me to wait until WARRANTY starts but left it they will try to find the problem they keep the jeep. Resolution Sought Take the jeep to a Jeep Patriot dealership and have the issue with the thermometer fix and a warranty rep name Sony talk to the new MANAGER DOUG and told him they are responsible and what TODD FIELDS did was illegal, also went to the shop for the work orders found out TODD FIELDS HAD NEVER TOLD THEM TO WORK ON THE JEEP PATRIOT he was waiting for the WARRANTY to pay for all expenses, so my jeep sat for OVER 17 DAYS I have gotten it touch with a lawyer to sue for loss wages, Uber rides.

I bought a used 2012 ram truck from rightway. I bought it Dec 22,2023 and by the end of January the truck has acquired numerous problems. I contacted them and took it in to them, they were going to have it looked at. They had it a week and a half called said it's fixed and ready to go. They tuned it up and changed oil, motor still making noises, it still doesn't run right, it will barely pull the hills that go out to my house where I live. I tried to return it, but it had been 32 days and they said its financed so it's mine. I called the loan company and the only way they can cancel the loan is if they return the money for the truck. Well, that isn't happening and I guess I'm just stuck with it. I did get a 2 year warranty with the truck, but yes it's a 12 year old truck, but it only has 108000 miles on it and shouldn't be having these issues. I guess if I was more of a prick, I could get somewhere with them. Shouldn't be this much of an issue to get it resolved. I just don't want other people to get swindled like I did. Resolution Sought I would like them to send the money back so I can get the loan canceled. I'm paying 18000 dollars for a lemon. I'd say maybe they could take it back and exchange for something different but honestly I don't want to deal with them again.
