Terrible business ethics by shady manager Chris caudill

This company is a joke . I bought a car on 7/10/2018 . Took the car off lot and had to have it towed same day . The key did not work the door remote did not open car . Two trips back to rightway to get this fixed by there mobile key guy. The problem was not solved and I had to go to a different shop twice before it was fixed. The night I took car home my sons hand was cut in several places so to broken glass between back seats . Week later car broke down again. Another tow. This time three transmission codes. Transmission is shot in this car and they cleaned codes to sell the car. The car came with warranty and the warranty company will not honor the warranty. Th dealer will not fix or return the car. I had to file complaint with Ohio Attorney General Office waiting on response now . I am in the process of filling bankruptcy on a car I haven’t had 30 days . Rightway does not attempt to help and will not trade car on fix car or do anything. DO. NOT BUY HERE
