The Rockwest crews were reliable and professional.

We are a multi-specialty medical clinic with a commercial therapeutic pool. Between October 2010 and April 2012 Rockwest Custom Builders bid and completed the following projects at our site:* Pool re-plaster, including electrical repair* ADA chair purchase & installation* Equipment replacement/upgrade. Rockwast provided us alternative replacement suggestions to upgrade failing equipment resulting, in addition to purchase cost savings, greater efficiency and lowered operational costs.All work was completed in a timely fashion and as submitted in their proposals. The Rockwest crews were reliable and professional. We were kept apprised of schedule progress and our projects were completed as scheduled or earlier. All required plans/permits were obtained by Rockwest and all projects passed each stage of inspection up to and including final. We were completely satisfied with all phases of work performed and expect to again utilize their services for budgeted projects in 2013.

This is being written because Mr. James Chico, in 2011 was hired to re-plaster pool and tot pool for Canyon Park HOA in Diamond Bar, CA. The Board of Directors was pleased with his professionalism of his company and his crew that worked on the property. Mr. Chico also found issues with the pool that had been overlooked in the past and repaired. The timeline for repairs and the details to supervision was of high standards. The pool and tot live now have another 30 years of life. The health department is now up to date with the pool and tot pool along with the equipment. In the HOA industry, being cleared by the health department is a very good thing. In closing, we would be please to hire Mr. Chico's company again on other projects.
