Better staffing

Unorganized business practice very rude manager. First my children had an issue with a game so they called me to come to business. Manager tried to justify why card was not working and responded with an attitude. Not customer service friendly at all. A little while later another parent had the same issue again man tried to justify it while he was texting on his phone so clearly customers are not a priority. Staff can not control the number of patrons in the hour I was there there were preteens cursing all over the place, teens bullying smaller children on a ride, and an employee cursing on the floor. I have never seen such an unprofessional proactive ever. I have taken my children to places like Dave'n'Busters and Funplex and never had an experience as this one. This place was close to home but for now on I'll go out of my way to ensure my children have a productive and fun environment. Better staffing, learn how to speak to people (not everyone is trying to swindle you out of money), rules to give everyone a fun experience that doesn't include cursing and inappropriate behavior.
