I live in a multiple dwelling and there is a roach problem. I hired Orkin for four services to combat the problem. However, I've received my four contractual services and I am done. But Orkin insist on sending an exterminators when they feel like and when the exterminator can't get into my apartment they will spray the ground outside and bill me for it. I have never agreed to pay for the grounds of this building to be sprayed. I don't own the building. Now I feel like this is Orkin's way of harassing me. I previously spoke to Jessica about this matter and she said that the problem was absolved. However, ORKIN continue to send exterminators unscheduled, uninvited, and uncontracted to harassing the elderly. I need help with this matter please. Resolution Sought Stop sending exterminators to my apartment. The product is subpar anyways. I have better results with RAID.

I called Orkin to get rid of mice at my mobile home residence. When they arrived first the inspector showed up and did an underneath crawl space inspection on my place. He then told me I needed to replace all the insulation and a new vapor barrier because there was a high moisture level of 18. So I wrote a check for $2,400 and gave it to him because I could not afford to have the insulation replaced. They wanted $4,500 to replace the insulation and a new vapor barrier. After thinking about it I canceled and got my money back. Then I called frontier which specializes in crawl space and foundation repair. They came out did their inspection and told me there's nothing wrong, I had no moisture problem at all and it was actually very good and dry underneath. Basically they lied to me. That is what my complaint is about. I did not lose any money but they tried to scam me and get money out of me for something I did not need. Resolution Sought There's nothing they can do to satisfy me. This is about integrity and honesty and trying to scam people out of their money. I am so glad I got a second opinion. I called their office and explained I was disappointed and the lady said she will have the manager call me. He has not called yet
