Delivery driver dragged into my house the largest box out of a bedroom set I ordered from rooms to go. He did so by himself despite having 2 other helpers. He hit my ceiling fan with the box knocking it loose and function poorly. I recorded his confession. They have not resolved this for me, despite working on it for over a month. Resolution Sought I want the fan fixed or paid for, that's it.

I purchased a blue leather living room set and the loveseat is peeling. I have had the set a few years and I am very disappointed with the quality of this so-called leather loveseat. Especially since the set is primarily used by me and my spouse. I was told that the set was leather and the cost of the set reflected what I assumed to be quality leather. At this point, I feel that I have been swindled out of my money for a product that is not as advertised. Resolution Sought Repair or replace loveseat.

I received a response from Rooms to Go on July 3rd that requested additional information which I provided on July 8th. The loveseat is peeling on the top section of the left seat. As stated in my initial complaint, I thought that I was purchasing top-grain leather, but this set is not top-grain leather everywhere the body touches. In order to preserve my set, I have also been cleaning and conditioning twice a year with Guard It leather cleaner. I don't have a problem with your warranty timeframes; my problem is with the false advertisement of the quality of the set that I purchased. With proper cleaning and conditioning, top-grain leather wouldn't break down like my set loveseat has done. According to the advertisement for this set, I purchased top-grain leather for a premium price only to find out I wasted money on a product that is not top-grain leather. I also attached pictured of the loveseat, and I have not gotten another response from Rooms to Go. At this time, there has been no resolution concerning this matter.
