My name is Renzsy Austin III. I am truck driver. I have been a long time customer of Ross stores nationwide since 1989 in Sacramento CA. I visited store number 0575 in Lithonia GA. I got charged twice because there was a problem with the register. They had me strike my bank card three times. I can check my bank on my phone. So at the register I immediately checked my account. An I saw the transaction before leaving the store. I asked to speak to a manager. First female claimed to the manager was very rude. Claimed I didn't get charged twice. Claimed a ghost transaction. So I asked to speak to head store manager. It was a guy with a accent. Told me to strike card again. I don't want to be charged twice. Girl manager said I can leave if don't want to pay again. She very rude and disrespectful. Paid again got down the street to my Semi truck . Called store to let them know double transaction came thru on my bank account. Same rude young lady refuse to give a her name or store head manager name. She keep hanging up the phone and being unprofessional. I returned to the store. She threatened me with police because asked to speak head manager an resolve my double charge on my card. So I waited on police to arrive. I don't have criminal history and military veteran and professional driver. Never been treated like this for wanting my money returned for overcharged payment. Resolution Sought I want young lady fired and my money returned and a $200 Gift card for the rude behavior and threats made to me. Loyal and longtime customer from 1989. I have visited Ross in 40 states different states. Very upsetting.

I purchased multiple fragrances from this store and returned one the same day after opening the package and trying the fragrance. When I tried to return another of the fragrances the two associates rudely told me they had a policy against returning opened merchandise. However, they had allowed it the day before. Okay, that's fine if that's their policy and someone mistakenly returned an item. But the rudeness I received from store associate and the corporate office customer service person were absolutely unacceptable! They should make their policy well known, rather than deceiving customers when they try to return. I'll never shop another Ross store again and will tell everyone how rudely I was treated. This will be the most expensive refund they never gave. Resolution Sought 1) Go against their "policy" and try giving good customer service by issuing a refund. 2) Clearly post refund policy throughout the store so others don't get ripped off like I did.
