Work on selecting better employees ones who can fit the job description & meet certain standards take classes if needed for the position as a security

December 23, 2021 I entered Ross department store for last minute Christmas gifts, after selecting items from the store I stood in line awaiting my turn for purchase. The security guard name: Kevin approaches me accusing me of stuffing my purse with Ross merchandise I responded with excuse me what did you just say? He repeated why are you stuffing your purse with items from the store without purchasing them. At that moment I decided to allow him to look into my purse only to find nothing but my own personal belongings. After I allowed him to look into my bag and he seemed for himself that I had none of the merchandise that he claims I was stuffing in my purse he continued to harass me even after the fact that I remained in the line until it was my turn to purchase at the cash register I must say that was the most embarrassing moment, Turner security was called upon to escort me out even after the fact that I was able to prove that I did nothing wrong having my receipt in hand walking away from the register the same security who gave me his first name only which is Kevin looked me in my eyes aggressively ordering me while pointing his finger towards my face don't ever come back to the store you are not welcome! I have my receipt from that day of purchase as my proof I also have Turner security guard Jose Martinez as witness to the incident

Ross is practicing bias practices in certain areas.

I have visited this store many times in Mesquite and the customer service is very unpleasant & bias. I have tried to purchase items twice in 1 week & to no avail it didn't happen. I stood at the jewelry case for 5-6 minutes after asking for help then another 5-7 waiting again after pushing the assistance button again. Then I was told that no one could assist me because all managers were in a meeting. I was told to wait in line to see if the cashier can assist me. I left the store due to the lack of competence. I tried later in the week & was approached at the jewelry case by a rude young lady name Juanita. No greeting but what do you need. I clearly said I want to SEE several pieces. At that time she could have said mam our store policy is blah blah but no she continued to grab the jewelry that I requested. I said can I see the jewelry to feel the quality or see if hypoallergenic. I was informed that I couldn't touch the jewelry because it was a store wide policy. I then asked for the manager and the unprofessional young lady goes on to say she is the manager. I then requested the regional manager information and she proceeded to ask someone on her head set where to get the regional manager information. She then pointed toward the front and said it's posted in the front. Needless to say Ross is practicing bias practices in certain areas in the metroplex. Per my conversation with the manager Frisco/Plano don't have the same policy. I have more but need more characters.
