They took out $1277.99 from my checking account on March 26,2024 for a deposit of a replacement device. I sent them the replacement phone a couple of days later and they received it and emailed me saying there will not be any charges for the device as they received it accordingly. They told me they issued a credit back on April 10, 2024. However, I still don't see the money in my account today April 17th!!! I contacted my bank and they told me the same thing i.e no credit until today April 17,2024. I'm really really disappointed at this because this is money I could have used for my rent and other expenses!! It amazes me that this company with such an abusive business practices is allowed to be in the market!!! The government should take the necessary measures immediately! Resolution Sought Refund my money immediately, pay me some compensation for the mental and psychological harassment they incurred on me and they should be punished by the government for such bad business practices!!!

Samsung is trying to make me change my password on my google account saying the wrong password has been tried too many times and the whole time it was my correct password Can you help me please Resolution Sought Please explain. Get completely off of my new phone and leave me alone
