Distasteful and unprofessionalism

For the past week especially today 11/4/2020 between 10:00am till 11:30 , my calls unfairly and constantly was directed to the Philippines in unusual fashion!?..my experience was appalling to me in the manner how these customer services handle my inquiries with such scornful conduct that they continued to hang up the calls even the more when i requested for a supervisor in charge! And they continue this pattern of Distasteful and unprofessionalism conduct whenever i call back to insist of reaching a manager or supervisors since they recognize my number and have me marked to treat me with contempt! 1st request to be compensated for the emormous mental and psychological frustration and anger that they had cause me! 2ndly im requesting in the process of terminating their jobs along with the supervisors on that particular time shift ,that i believed they also responsible to drop the calls and for allowing such relentless of misconduct!
