I brought a 2001 Toyt license # 4TQW453 from the auction for $1.300 When I went to register the vehicle DMV would not let me register the car because they fail to enclosed all the documents or information transferring title to me at the close of auction sale. I have reached out to the towing company with negative results this matter has been at issue since. March25, 2021 on several occlusions contact by phone i was instructed by the company to put a lien on the car. This vehicle is used for transportation gig work and hospital cancer treatment a life threating illness. But the car cannot be driven because the registration has expired and cannot be updated until the tow company sign a documentation transferring title to me in order for me to register the car with DMV. Resolution Sought 1, either personally transfer title to me or 2, provide the requested documentation in order for me to register the vehicle, or 3. to pay me three times my cost for my loss of use of the vesicle.
