This guy is a thief!

Beware of Sanchez!! He'll accept multiple jobs and then decide where he'll show up on any given day. What was supposed to be a one week job turned into six weeks full of every excuse imaginable ... My truck broke down, my truck was stolen, I'll be there tomorrow, I promise, and nothing ... I could also never pin down a cost or get a formal agreement from him. I eventually cut the job short and asked him for a partial refund of my deposit and again, every excuse in the book and no refund. Long story short - he stole $2,000 from me ... and that's only scratching the surface. Buyer beware!!
