late reporting on my credit after we had a verbal agreement

I had a conversation with the lending company. I explained that I would be late with my payment, and I was told that it would be allowed. The send a late notice letter was sent to my cosigner without my knowledge, the late notice showed up on her credit report and now she wants to come off of the loan.

Frustrated

This company , Not only have rude customer service but Overcharges consumers in daily high interest rates and fees and do not apply payments accurately. Recently in 5/2020 , 34 states ( including where i reside) the state filed a class action suit for consumer fraud during the years 2011-2015 in unqualified loan approvals , overcharging consumer extreme high interest rates . I purchased my car in 2015 6 years ago and NOW they say I started paying on the principal. I've paid over $36,000 for a Toyota Camry from 2015 to 2021 and still paying they say I owe $17,000 how can this be I'm going to be paying $53,000 for a Toyota Camry 2015 ! This is definitely consumer rip off. My original amount for the loan was 27,000+ My credit reports states I have no balance on this loan and it's been paid in full. I'm definitely frustrated I believe I should have this contract end and loan forgiveness . I've paid more than enough for this car. I also believe I should be included in this case action law suit.
