I would like to address an issue that we have been struggling with towards our Sapphire timeshare that was purchased through the GEOHoliday company. This has been a disaster filled with misleading information and dishonesty by sales agents. We joined as timeshare owners in August of 2021, and since then, we have not received even a single benefit from this so-called "ownership." We signed the agreement due to the extremely pushy and aggressive behavior by the sales agent. We never encountered such an experience. During our ownership, we have been faced with a host of issues that have only added more disappointment and frustration as we were promised availability for key vacation destinations, but these promises have been short and have not happened. The maintenance fees have been continually increasing, while we have received extremely limited and unsatisfactory service. My husband, a United States Navy Veteran, is not even listed on the timeshare contract, yet it continues to affect us both greatly. We have already addressed our issues to the BBB and Attorney General, but still the company has done nothing to help relieve us from this additional stress and strain.Something more needs to be done, so please assist.
