We would like to bring to your attention our problematic and dissatisfaction with having a timeshare with Sapphire Resorts. Having this timeshare has caused both my husband and I a great deal of strain on a personal and financial level and the management of Sapphire has yet been willing to work with us by allowing us removal and taking back the timeshare. Long story short, we feel that we were handed the wrong end of the deal by being lied to and misinformed. My husband is a military veteran and suffers from PTSD and the representatives from Sapphire have cared less with how this has impacted him especially. When we joined, we thought the timeshare cost was $6,000. Soon after joining, we decided what a mistake this was and tried to get out and they told us they could help us sell it if we paid off the mortgage. We paid off the mortgage and when we tried to sell back the timeshare, they told us "NO" and we found out that was the first part of the timeshare ownership and that we still owed another $5,000. Personally, I feel they used my husband's PTSD and used it against us. This is completely wrongful that not only they treat consumers like this, but the way they treat military veterans. I would not recommend them and will not support anything this company is associated with. Resolution Sought Sapphire has yet been willing to work with us by allowing us removal and taking back the timeshare. We want a full refund.

I was scammed by sapphire timeshare cancellation. They stopped all communication with me when I told them that I was going to call the Florida state attorney. Resolution Sought Refund my $3000.00.
