I Wish I Researched This Company First

I usually read reviews before ordering from an unknown company. I don't know why I didn't. My story is like the other ones I've read. Never received my original order and spoke to someone in LiveChat and was told it would be shipped 2 day and I would receive shipping confirmation and never received that. Oh well, I guess I need to count myself lucky because I did receive my first 2 orders. I'll just count this a loss.

Very Poor Customer Service

Scenting.com took my order in September 2014, and as of today (May 6, 2015) has neither delivered my product nor sent a refund in spite of repeated phone calls and emails. I believe Scenting.com is a one-man operation that will never get it's act together.
