It's been nearly 120 days and my household shipment has not been delivered to me in Oregon. My belongings were picked up from house in the Netherlands on 18 Feb 2022. I paid Transpack Moving Services (Rotterdam, Netherlands) 10,730 euros (approx. $12,105.70), my goods sat in the warehouse of Transpack Netherlands for about five (5) weeks before it was loaded on a ship. The ship (NYK Demeter) docked in Los Angeles on 7 May 2022. Emails from Schumacher Cargo Logistics (SCL) have told me that their contracted movers do not have a truck drive to drive out of the state of California. I've asked someone at SCL to provide me with the address where my belongings are so I can pick them up myself. I've even contacted the Netherlands (Transpack) folks for help. Neither business has responded to my request. Resolution Sought To either delivery goods ASAP or tell me where they are located so I can collect them myself.

Hello Mr. Miller, I have hear the frustration in your complaint and will do all we can to expedite delivery. Please understand that your contents were only unloaded into our Los Angeles warehouse on May 16, 2022. Now need to be loaded onto a Long Distance carrier to you home in PRINEVILLE, OR 97754 almost 900 Miles distance. Unfortunately this takes time to arrange/coordinate and move. Please keep in contact with your Schumacher dispatch representative as they continue do there best to have your goods delivered ASAP. Consumer states; I've read the company's excuse, not good enough. They never replied to my email offering to pick my goods myself. I called every number in the Imports Department, but nobody answered the phone. I received one (1) email from Ms. Rios but it was written to someone anonymous, no mention of my name. I booked a container ship and less-than-truckload delivery and I paid 10,700 euros (over $12,000); not to hear that they could not find a driver to drive out of California. Then why offer / book this service? I don't remember the Dutch shipping agent telling me that my goods won't be delivered to my home for 120 days. This was not timely service. The container ship made one stop in Port Everglades, Florida in April. I could've collected the goods there myself and drove to Oregon by the end of April. two months early, but I was not given that option. I'll make a different decision next time, for sure. Regards,
