Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. untrustworthy!

Was told if I delievered my chopper from Virginia to there warehouse in new jersey that payment of chopper would be made, IT WAS NOT now I am out over $300.00 for wasting my time DO NOT USE SCHUMACHER! POOR SERVICE!
