Rude

On November 12 2021 I went in the Shell station store on Sabo Road that is connected to a Burger King at 13:40 (1:40) pm to purchase an alcoholic beverage I went back in the store at approximately 1:42 to see if I can exchange or return the alcoholic beverage I was being told no I could not which was understandable to me and I respected that but the young man on duty at the time had a rude way of explaining it so I didn't explain to him or try to explain to him that there are other ways that you can tell people things without being so rude he then cut me off in my conversation with him made Rude remarks towards me I then ask for a receipt so that I could be able to report him and he did gave me a finger the bad finger and told me not to come and his store and why did I come back in the store anyway and that he did not want to hear anything I had to say which I thought was very rude because I know he was trained to do otherwise. I absolutely will love them to retrain him or let him go because yeah I'm sure I'm not the first customer that he was rude to
