My mortgage loan was transferred to this company in April of this year. I setup a payment through their website and my account was drafted twice. I had to call them and provide my bank statement in order to prove that my account was double drafted. I stop providing my payments through them and setup bill pay. Once again now they say they haven't received any payments. I would like to report the fraud charges Newrez has placed on my account. The has been a problem from the time my loan was transferred to Newrez. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible with a resolution. It is totally inappropriate for me to continue to provide you'll my bank statement. Resolution Sought Refund and apologies for any stress this has caused.
