We were received with an attitude, and were attended to in a foul and rude manner.

Myself and my boyfriend were attempting to get a room for the night. Was received with an attitude . and was attended with foul and rude manner I asked or tried asking why this ... And was treaded with more attitude. He then turned around ignoring me and then brushed off as if I was of no importance ..i feel as if I was discriminated due to us being Hispanic . This is an outrage I wanted to cry. Cuz we were so excited to be in Riverside, and out of all hotels we picked this one cuz it seemed descent. I'm so overwhelmed I'm crying. He was rude and disrespectful.. We showed him our license and since it was expired I also gave him proof of it renewal. His way of attending us or his customer service was and is unprofessional. And inhumane. He is an older gentleman . You would of thought he would have a bit more respect.
