Very bad customer service. A poorly run company.

If you want to get IPTV service, you may want to check with other companies. I tried this one and found that the company doesn't give you what they offered you when they grabbed you into the program. Never give them your credit card. They may put charges that do not belong to you and your service. The customer service is extremely poor. Different representatives and managers will tell you different things. On one case, it took the manager over 2 months to respond to my request. I had to call and email multiple times before the manager responded. You will never want to do business with such a poorly run company.
