Check-in Location: Southernmost set of doors at the McConnell entrance, adjacent to the Big Lots box office – see map attached
Check-in Time: 5:00PM – 6:00PM



Proceed to the check-in location above with your valid photo ID and ticket(s) in hand. If you do not have your ticket(s), please contact your point of purchase to inquire about your method of distribution. Photo identification of the original package purchaser is required at the time of check-in, and the original purchaser and all members of your party must be in attendance and entering the venue together. Check-in is required to receive package elements. Once checked-in to the venue, exit and re-entry may not be permitted. Resold tickets will not be honored. Check-in may occur prior to public doors, please plan on early arrival to the venue.



If available, crowd-free merchandise shopping will only be accessible prior to public doors.

WE were denied this experience and told it was a mistake.

We will be contacting the BBB!

For the price we paid and told this was a mistake is unacceptable!

We did everything according to your email. If this was a mistae, SLO should have contacted us prior to us going. We were so embarrassed to arrive at 5 and turned away!

Again, we want to be contacted by a manager for an explanation of this horrible experience that was SLO's fault!!
