If you do not have your ticket(s), please contact your point of purchase to inquire about your method of distribution. Photo identification of the original package purchaser is required at the time of check-in, and the original purchaser and all members of your party must be in attendance and entering the venue together. Check-in is required to receive package elements. Once checked-in to the venue, exit and re-entry may not be permitted. Resold tickets will not be honored. Check-in may occur prior to public doors, please plan on early arrival to the venue. If available, crowd-free merchandise shopping will only be accessible prior to public doors. We will be contacting the BBB! For the price we paid and told this was a mistake is unacceptable! We expect a response asap!
