Complaints filed by businesses who subscribed to marketing services generally allege the company printed and sold more coupons than they were authorized to circulate or they experienced difficulty cancelling services. In a few cases businesses alleged that customers tried to redeem coupons they purchased from the company for which they had no knowledge or record of agreeing to participate in. Consumers who purchase the promotions complain the coupons are expired some businesses will not honor the coupons or that promotional offers do not clearly disclose additional costs or terms and conditions associated with the offer. In other cases customers complain that they were unable to redeem coupons for services or events due to the fact that the companies that provided the services or hosted the events were no longer in business.~~The company responds to business owner complaints by implementing cancellations as requested or by offering an explanation and apology. The company contends that coupons sold are not always redeemed in a timely manner thus it may appear that some coupons are being circulated after the agreed on participation dates. Other complaints are addressed by offers to exchange expired promotions for current ones or issuing refunds in some cases.
