My daughter had an appointment on 9/27/2020 for dental work. Her appointment was at 9am they asked me to arrive 15mins prior. She was being put to sleep so she was not allowed to have anything to drink or eat after midnight the night before. I waited with all 3 of my kids because I didn't have a babysitter. I didn't give any of my kids food or drinks because I couldn't have my daughter who needed work done watch them eat or drink while she was hungry and thirsty also. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour they finally told me they were running behind, they weren't sure how long I would have to wait. After asking if I could reschedule because my kids were crying they were hungry etc. she said I COULD NOT so I had to wait so my daughter could get her teeth fixed. I did make a Facebook status stating how I was irritated because of what was happening. I never named the office I was at, or mentioned any names. Dr. Amber called me back after waiting another hour (by this time it was 10:50am, we arrived at 8:45am) telling me she was not going to do my daughters procedure because I posted on Facebook and I needed to find another dentist office. She made me wait 2 hours with my kids hungry and crying, to not even help my daughter. I am allowed to express my feelings on MY OWN PRIVATE page, and I did without saying her name or office. I have no clue how she seen my status, but I do feel that after me waiting forever she still could have finished my daughters appointment.
