To bring awareness of unethical behavior

I had a reservation for Rental and I was told that it was going to be a certain amount of money and I was told it was going to be a certain storage unit and when I came in to the to secure the rental they were telling me something different. So at that point, I said I wanted to see about it I wasn't sure because they kept changing their offer. I went back to the place where I was already renting and just re-rented there instead of changing because I was concerned that they were going to keep changing on me if I move to this new place anyway, I tried calling and I think I got the owner but she put me on hold and then never came back so I hung up and I called back and they put me to voicemail. I tried again a couple of times got to voicemail When I needed to speak with someone so then I was just down the street from them so I decided to go into the location which they probably figured I would and it was a sign on the door that said they weren't in until 1030 I'm just getting the feeling And I don't know why because I just nothing seems to add up as to like I'm being ostracized and even though I'm not gonna Renter I'm already going to stay where I'm already renting. I just feel like this needs to be brought to light because I just find it to be very unethical . How would you feel kind of thing anyway it could be worse right but the point is you have to be able to trust a business to honor your rights and not be so bias?
