BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege misleading and deceptive advertising failure to disclose additional fees and charges associated with the offer and difficulty cancelling and obtaining refunds. Specifically most complainants allege after signing up for the company’s free trial they are charged additional fees prior to the end of the trial before receiving their shipment or in some cases after cancelling the offer. Complainants often allege difficulty contacting the company to check the status of their order to cancel the offer or to discuss refunds and billing issues. ~~The company generally responds to complaints by referring to their terms and conditions claiming customers either fail to read or understand the terms of the offer which state the customer will be charged fees if the trial is not cancelled within 14 days and additional shipments will be billed to the customer until cancellation. Company also responds to some complaints by cancelling future shipments issuing partial or full refunds extending trial periods if items are shipped late or offering to waive restocking fees if items are returned. In some cases the company refuses refund requests claiming items cannot be returned after 30 days.
