The job was simple, only needed someone to install 2 grab bars in a shower, screw on a shower head (told in the store I could do it myself), and paint one side of an inside door. When calling the company, asked about the fee for such services, was told they charge $70pro rated, no travel fee and they would send someone who had a diamond drill bit to install into tile. They sent 2 men without my approval and the job was done in 3.5 hours. I received a bill which I disputed, giving my reasons. My check was denied along with a very nasty letter from the CEO Susan Hicks, filled with invective and juvenile hothead remarks. And I might add, changed the billing.
Just a bad company for a widow looking for some reasonably priced help for small jobs. This is bad business and no one should be expected to hear this abuse. Therefore, I certainly would like to prevent anyone else from using this company. As far as I know I have no other recourse.
