Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. One star, disrespectful, name calling demeanor of CEO to me, the customer. Who has heard of such terrible behavior to a widoi

The job was simple, only needed someone to install 2 grab bars in a shower, screw on a shower head (told in the store I could do it myself), and paint one side of an inside door. When calling the company, asked about the fee for such services, was told they charge $70pro rated, no travel fee and they would send someone who had a diamond drill bit to install into tile. They sent 2 men without my approval and the job was done in 3.5 hours. I received a bill which I disputed, giving my reasons. My check was denied along with a very nasty letter from the CEO Susan Hicks, filled with invective and juvenile hothead remarks. And I might add, changed the billing. Just a bad company for a widow looking for some reasonably priced help for small jobs. This is bad business and no one should be expected to hear this abuse. Therefore, I certainly would like to prevent anyone else from using this company. As far as I know I have no other recourse.
