Shut down and stop stealing

Ordered a package from AliExpress and it arrived at there facility on 04/02/2024 immediately a incorrect address was placed on the package. And said driver cannot find your address and it was 7:30 am in the morning I immediately sent the correct address, I got no response for a day. Then the next day I asked for updates and no one got back to me. The next day I got a response what is your correct address mind you I have sent the correct address 7 times and only got one response from a actual person and not the A.I. and all this person said we or working on delivering your package. And know updates or status changes since then even looks like my package was sent back because I know of this company not delivering items that or bought from overseas that or of value this is the 5 time this has happened. I just want what I ordered speed x is a horrible shipping company and that's facts it's not that bad with COVID now that you can blame it on it so what is your excuse for scamming people now
