Most state that they company does not return telephone messages or answer the phone during normal business hours and that the company voicemail is generally full. Further they report that emails generally go unreturned and cancellation or refund requests are unanswered but in some cases they receive non-existent tracking numbers automated replies which are not specific to their question or confusing emails that do not respond to their concerns.

This company offers priority or next day shipping for an additional which I paid for priority 2 to 3 day shipping. The items I purchased have yet to be shipped from this company after 6 business days. When I inquire about why my order has not been shipped the response I get is that my order is expected to ship in 1-2 days and that I will receive a tracking email soon. Every 2 days I have inquired about this tracking and my items are "still at the warehouse preparing to ship" . My issue with this is their website claims all in stocks items shop within 7 to 10 days. So I paid for priority shipping and I'm not receiving that accommodation. I have requested a refund twice and I am still receiving the same "your order is set to ship in 1 -2 days. " The next email I got said if they can find order in the warehouse they will cancel it. This company is charging for a shipping service they are not abiding by. Over charging for my business is unacceptable. Then to be told that basically I will get my items when they are ready to send them. Standard shipping from CA takes 2 sometimes 3 days so this is beyond ridiculous. Resolution Sought Refund my account immediately. Stop offering expedited shipping if you are not going to follow through. Definitely stop charging for a service you are not providing.
