I paid to have my sectional cleaned, However my couch was the same. I was not satisfied with the first cleaning, so they sent the same guy out to redo the process. The sectional was not cleaned. Employee stated it looks like it was stained and bleached the cushions, however I asked him to go over the spot again and the spot was removed. I asked to him to do the other spots but he stated he doesn't have the tools to do so. With an attitude he snatched up his equipment a pushed his way out of my home, to the point the other guy had to step in and speak on his behalf. It was clear that the sectional could have been cleaned properly but refused. He was only in my house less than 30 minutes. The original day it took him and another guy under 1 hr and 30 minutes to to clean 5 rooms a hallway and the sectional which was very quickly and half done. I requested a call back from the manager but never received one. I will never use them again. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the sectional for 160. 00

Hired Stanley to clead my dryer duct pipe. The guy that came didn't bother to check anything. He got on the roof with his pressure hose and blew up the wrong pipe. He came back in to the house went up into attic to check his work. Yelled down and told me everything was good. I couldn't check it personally because I'm handicapped and cannot claim the ladder. He told me everything looked good and left. Two days later I used the dryer and it was blowing hot air behind the washer. This wasn't right since it was supposed to go up to attic. Called my neighbor who went up to check. He came down with a picture that showed the pipe exhaust for the dryer was blow apart into pieces and was hanging from ceiling.nothing was connected and the dryer was blowing into the attic. I called and complained to Stanley Steamer and aguynamed Derek Lukowski 346 233 7244 cell. He told me it was there fault and that the guy who came out had messed everything up and broke the pipe and hadn't even deducted the heat out of attic from dryer. He said he would get with his boss !nd get back to me. Its been over2 weeks now since I heard anything. Resolution Sought Refund my money and stay away from my house.
