This complaint is basically because the young men did not have there protective gear on neither one had gloves or mask on. I did the survey and gave him and the young man good marks but after thinking about the Covi-19 and how it's air borne. He had open soars from his acne it's real bad like he may be allergic to the solutions used by Stanley Steamer and they had blood visible where you can tell he had been scratching them also I had a problem with the cross contamination of them dragging the hose from outside into the inside without gloves .I feel that it's the company's fault and that press protecting there workers and customers from any infections because this Covi-19 is worst than Aids to me. Others than this they really did a great job and I tried to help as much as possible and make it easy for them .Provide water for the young men and women. After seeing them sweat so. I offered them water also I noticed that he was smoking before he came inside I am allergic to smoke and the scent carries it smells and no one wants that smell in there house or carpet. Please correct these issues to ensure the safety of your customers and employees so we all can stay safe and healthy during this Covi-19 Pandemic.God is love and I thank Stanley Steamer for there service to help me stay clean and sanitized during Covi-19.
