I would like for the employees not to judge anyone who comes through those doors as well as make them feel humiliated.
When I came in I ask for a fill they said it will take some time because I have two more ahead of you. At that time my friend was with me it was taking forever so , we decided to leave and I went to go pick up my check went back . When I got back the second time Klein was the one attending me when he was taking my nails off he literally made me bleed a lot put glue on top of the mark he left me which can possibly get infected. Also I forgot to mention how he said if I want to get my nails taken off which I was thinking at the time that it was part of the fill so he did not tell me that was going to be another charge . Until I read it in the sign when he told me I have to pay 65 I then told him I will not pay 65 dollars because you hurt me and did not apologize the Owner got mad because I paid only 55 dollars and she said to me before I left f*** you and don't come back. Also talking about me to another customer about the 10 dollars. The daughter started getting upset with me . When I told the mom she was very unprofessional my friend at the time was waiting for a fill and we left to avoid a big altercation but I highly feel very uncomfortable , discriminated from what she told the other customer just because I am a monitory. I like everything for free is what she basically said when I work 106 hours bi weekly . I just like paying for good services I refuse to give the full amount if the job is done in a rush unsanitary , as well as careless.
