The manager was very snarky and sarcastic and dismissive and just told me that was their policy
I was visiting the business next door to Starbucks and when I was ready to leave I couldn't because there was an 18 wheeler blocking my car and several others. The 18 wheeler was making a delivery to Starbucks through their front entrance because they're not allowed to deliver through the back. THAT'S WHAT THE BACK DOOR IS FOR! I was in my car almost 40min waiting to leave and several other people had been waiting as well, as this was a busy Sunday afternoon. When I called Starbucks to complain and ask why they were in front the manager was very snarky and sarcastic and dismissive and just told me that was their policy. The deliveries need to be made through the back door
