I am filing this complaint regarding deceptive and misleading ticket sales practices by StubHub. Approximately six months ago, I purchased a ticket through StubHub for a Bad Bunny concert. At the time of purchase, there was no disclosure indicating that the ticket was restricted to senior use or subject to any special eligibility requirements. The ticket was not delivered until one day before the concert. Upon receipt, I discovered that the ticket was designated for "senior" use only. This restriction was never disclosed during the purchasing process. Had this been clearly stated at checkout, I would not have completed the purchase. This created significant stress and uncertainty, especially as this was an international purchase. StubHub has a pattern of delivering tickets at the last minute for international events, which limits a consumer's ability to resolve issues in advance. In this case, the delayed delivery prevented me from addressing the eligibility restriction in a reasonable timeframe. I am aware that multiple other consumers experienced similar issues with this event, receiving tickets with undisclosed restrictions. I believe StubHub engaged in misleading sales practices by: • Failing to disclose material restrictions at the time of purchase • Delivering tickets at the last minute, limiting dispute resolution • Selling tickets under false pretenses of full access eligibility Resolution Sought I am requesting a full refund of the ticket purchase due to misrepresentation and failure to disclose material terms prior to sale. I also request that StubHub be required to clearly disclose any age, residency, or eligibility restrictions at the time of listing — not at delivery.

I purchased handicap accessible tickets from StubHub/ Viagogo for a concert and did not receive the tickets within the promised timeframe. The morning of the concert, October 3, 2025, I received an email from STUBHUB stating the seller was unable to produce the tickets I had purchased on August 2, 2025.. Til this day, I am still trying to get a refund! StubHub's customer service is terrible. They ignored my request for a refund and lied to support their position. Currently, I am having to work diligently to get a refund for three handicap accessible tickets. Never use StubHub Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for STUBHUB?VIAGOGO to refund my $906.38 immediately!
