Stubhub customer experience is the worse I have ever experienced.

My account was hacked and money in the form of credits was subtracted from my account. They acknowledge what happen and indicate not my fault but after several weeks they have not reinstated my monies.

Price Gouging!!

Stubhub is selling tickets to the Stanley cup finals in Montreal, Quebec, Canada for $35,000 a ticket. They are using the pandemic and the final drought as an excuse to charge this much. Stubhub and other ticket resellers are basically legal scalping. They buy up thousands of event tickets and resell them. If this isn't price gouging, then I don't know what is. I would like them to not be able to resell tickets, its legal scalping. If I were to buy a bunch of tickets and sell them outside the event, I would be arrested, this practice need to be stopped and they need to be disciplined for price gouging.
