Were treated very poorly by manager on our Anniversary!

It was the day of our anniversary. We went there as our friends gift card. Had our breakfast and wanted to pay. We also had 20 discount as I received on their emailing system. Young staff member had a hard time to figure out the register so he call the boss the fix it. We didn't mind waiting b/c we figured he was very new in that job and didn't want to embarrass him. As soon as the boss arrived to the register started to speak to us very loudly front of everyone, explained very rudely how discounts works etc. we insulted by her very loudly front of everyone in our anniversary. We did not need an explanation from anyone. We simply pay, put our discount on the system and go and enjoy our day with my wife. But this boss put us down front of customer as well as staff members. We did not deserve a treatment like that from anyone! We already fill their form and send them a complaint through their contact us page. But did not hear from them. I would like to request $10000 and refund my money and apologies from me and my wife.
