Fees on top of fees

I'm at the last stage of refinancing through a VA loan, and SWMC keeps adding fees. at first I thought everything was going smoothly until I found out, at the beginning, that a auto loan I have wasn't submitted incorrectly to all 3 credit bureaus. as soon as I found out, I submitted a dispute with all 3 and had it corrected in less than 2 weeks. my credit score shot up alot. I tried to get SWMC to adjust the credit but, no one would respond when needed. also, I was told closing cost would be X amount and now at the end of hopefully closing, the fees have shot up. I had submitted every single documents SWMC required, in less than an hour of receiving the request, so I could make sure I had a extremely fast and smooth closing but, that is NOT happening. SWMC is dragging their butts and its causing me to incur more cost from closing cost. I guess they like dragging people's loans, as long as possible to get the most money. my closing cost went from around $2,800 ish to the most recent as of this date (09/22/22) $5,142.78. I've already spent close to $1k out of pocket for appraisal and inspection. iam starting to get pissed off because of the way SWMC is doing. I will add a positive note, the couple loan officers I've been working with are very friendly. I guess they like having us by the balls because the government keeps raising the interest rates, go figure.

The Most Fraudulent and Criminal Mortgage Company There Is!

As a disabled senior citizen I have been discriminated by this company repeatedly the entire 2020/2021 year! They refinanced me but couldn't do it alone. I had to contact the original lender because Sun West does not have the know how, how to process a refinancing of my home. Then when the rates got much lower, they tried to refinance me but came up with a larger payment than the one I was already paying! Then I was approved for a special flex modification program and started sending the payments to them. I signed a cease and desist form and sent it to Sun West! However; instead, for the past month they ramped up their contact with me sending me over 290 pages of mail, almost daily. Just got one today. They gave me a 2nd equity loan for $5,000 & 3.5%. I had to get a loan at high interest so I could pay off my 2nd lien. Because they would not subordinate it with the refinancing! But you would think that was enough, instead they tell me I owe interest in the 2nd lien, when I fully paid it off. Then after drafting a amortization table, it shows they were robbing me; since, THEY WERE ONLY APPLYING MY PAYMENTS TO INTEREST, instead of applying to the principle! They are trying to hang on to the 2nd lien so they can say that they can qualify to get the property anyway! In other words, they have tried many tactics in order to keep my loan! They have even have send me mail telling me that I'm in foreclosure when I've have been making the payments via the special program I qualified for. Don't consider this very nasty and illegal lender. I just received their daily collection letter today, for the 2nd lien I already paid with a bogus $200 balance they made up! Stay away from them and tell others to do so! I'll be reporting them to the FDIC, FINRA, SPIC, FHFA, NMSL, HUD and alerting others online! If they victimize a severely disabled seniors who has always made the payments on time, no telling what they are capable. They break every Financial Right we have!
