VERY pleased to be able to write this review!

I hope to be able to replace this with a more favorable review in the future, but so far, my impression of the company is: poor. I purchased a Smart Living steam mop, and "Steam Jr." at the county fair three days ago. The Steam Jr. was missing a part, so I immediately called the number shown on my receipt, which is identical to that shown on this site. It goes straight to a FAX machine! So I tried the web address shown on this site -- www.sunshinekitchenproducts.com -- I get: "Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]"!! So I've tried sending them a FAX -- we'll see... *************************************** The above was all true as of 7/6. Here it is 7/10, and I'm in possession of the missing part! The owner, Julie Motosko, got my FAX, realized her machine was malfunctioning and not letting calls through to the answering machine, called me on 7/8 to apologize, and promised to get the missing part to me, which arrived today. She couldn't explain the web address issue, but promised to research it. So -- I'm now able to totally reverse my rating from 1 to 5.
