We apologize that you did not receive an email or shipping confirmation for the order. You should have received an email confirmation to the email used to place the order on July 2nd, as well as a shipping confirmation email on July 2nd with a tracking number. However, since you have requested a refund, we have gone ahead and issued a full refund for the order.
