I want this person hello to be suspended if you go through another Rouses training on how to deal with patients

Worker was on break for over 3 hours which Sandman. Hold me a patient I should shut my mouth and not talk to her until I have something stay that was important until I should shut up in that same thing and call her when I have something just say that was pertaining to my care and that I ripped out my IV when I never did gross negligence and lack of professional courtesy while taking care of patients. I want this person hello to be suspended if you go through another Rouses training on how to deal with patients in the right way because she doesn't know how to communicate with her patients or on how to understand or communicate anything with her patience and I understand that she can't take your time on her brakes 3 hours is too much to take a break i want her to lose her job for rudeness and gross negligence
